Are you Licensed and Insured?
Great question. Yes, we are licensed and insured as cosmetic renovations and rehab specialist. We do not perform structural work or any trade work that requires state GC licensure. We only perform work at handyman level at this time.
Will I need a Permit?
The majority of repairs we do in-house, do not require permits to be pulled.
In the event that your home renovation project may require permitted trades; We can happily refer you to a network of licensed trades-people whom are trustworthy and reliable.

What options do we have for Project Financing?
1. Paying in Cash: Paying for your home repair with your savings is always a good choice if you have the funds available. However, it may not be possible for larger or urgent repairs.
2. Home Equity Loans: If you have enough equity in your home, you can consider a home equity loan or line of credit. These loans typically offer lower interest rates. But remember, your home is used as collateral, and there are application costs and a longer processing time.
3. Personal Home Improvement Loans: These loans don’t require equity in your home. They are suitable for larger projects and can be obtained quickly. They have flexible repayment terms and predictable monthly payments. However, you’ll need a decent credit score to qualify.
4. Home Improvement Credit Cards: Credit cards can be a good option for smaller projects, especially if you can get a 0% introductory rate. They come with quick approval and no hidden fees. But be aware that the interest rates can be high after the introductory period.
5. Our In house Financing Program: We have partnered with several lenders that offer financing options with low interest rates for projects up to 250k.
